USW Exchange is a brand new advice hub, sponsored by Barclays, which provides a one-stop-shop for SMEs wanting to tap into talent at the University.
A melting pot of current and future talent, we offer services to support start-ups and helping existing businesses and social enterprises to grow.
While supporting local businesses to grow we deliver a unique student experience that gives companies access to future talent sooner than before, allowing them to grow their own skills and talents. As the link between all the major players in business support and graduate talent in Wales, USW Exchange provides assistance with real-life projects through our Business Clinic as well as access to relevant skills and networks through our Membership and Access to Experts series.
We are the gateway to additional services from the University of South Wales including research, consultancy and professional training services. Visitors to USW Exchange can also benefit from business expertise via our partners including Barclays, Business Wales, Alcumus, South Wales Chamber of Commerce, and Capital Law.
